Any compensation which is not fully attributable to the company will be limited to the coverage of our insurance policy.

Our driver will contact you to find out the reasons for the delay and will wait for you within reason. You will not be charged for the waiting time.

You can cancel the reservation of an airport transfer at any time free of charge.
